Tax lien investing is one of the safest and highest yielding investments in the world today. The last step is to simply bid on the liens you have your sights set on. You can do this by attending the auction in person or by bidding through the mail. Once you've won the liens you simply wait to be issued a certified check by the state government which includes your initial investment plus a hefty interest or penalty payment.
